well, i am all moved into my new house and its awesome. so much better than an apartment. so with the house being done for the most part, there is only one thing left to do!!!!!!!!!! PARTY PARTY PARTY PARTY!!!!! I HAVE SET A DATE FOR THE PARTY!!!! the party will be for lynnettes birthday and for a celebration of the new house, and our engagement. so much to party for and cant wait to do it. so there for, whoever wants to come is more than welcome. the date is APRIL 17TH. if you want to come for the whole weekend thats great if just one night, thats fine too. if you want directions to my new house, then email me or leave me a message some how. you can call me during the week after nine pm or anytime during the weekend. i hope to see you all here. it will be a blast. well, today started the journey of tearing out wallpaper and mudding walls and holes. its going to take a bit to get things rolling but so many people are willing to help. it makes it very nice to work and get things done before i move in on the 19th of this month. its getting very exciting to start this stuff. its also a headache to deal with but its worth it in the long run. when its something of your own and new, its just so cool. as soon as this place is done.... you all are welcome to come visit now that i have the room and more room to PARTY! well i am off to bed, might have to salt at 3 or 4am. peace. |

tomorrow i meet at the bank to sign the final papers on the house and it will be ours. im so glad this will be done and out of the way. i have some packing and cleaning to do in the next day or so. i am not going to move into the hosue yet until my lease is up on this apartment which is up the 19th of this month. i cant wait to start painting and stuff. going to be awesome. once the cleaning is all done............. its PARTY TIME!!!!!!!!! |

ok here we go. we have set a date for our wedding. it will be dec. 11th 2004. so mark your calendars for this major event. plus. i got a call this past friday and i am now a home owner!!!!! we sign the final papers this coming week. thursday is the lastest we can sign. just have to get home insurance and we are set. so it looks like wed. it will be final. so for those of you all who love to paint and strip wallpaper, come on up and help yourself. lol. everything is just going so fast. i also applied for 3 metro park jobs on friday so hope for the best and pray lots so i can move forward into the field i love. thanks everyone for all there support and help. it all means a lot. if any thing else comes along, i will send ya the word. |

i just got back from signing a thousand papers and my name a thousand times. now we just have to wait for the appraisel to go through and it praise for more than the loan. so pray hard and then pray harder. so close to the final but yet one giant step to get there. hope for the best and if its meant to be then glory to the world.

i recieved a call today from the loan guy and we have an appointment on thursday to finalize the loan papers. after that, then they have to appraise the house. this loan guy is on the ball. he is trying to get things rollin as fast as her can to the hard part of all this which is the paper done. he is very helpful and a nice guy. i called the guy who owns the house and we are final with him and we all have to show up on thursday to make it offical. so hope it all goes well. wish me luck. |

well i got a call back from the loan guy and we are preapporved! how about that. i have to call him back tomorrow to get things rolling for step two. the way things are going, by the end of this month or the first week of march, hopefully i will be MOVING INTO MY FIRST HOUSE!!!!!!!!! well things went really well on friday with the loan guy. he is going to call me on monday to let me know if we have been aproved. cross your fingers. he told me on friday that things did look good on the first print out on our credit and things. so we will see what happens. if it does go through tomorrow, then i will call and make an offer to the guy and see what happens. if we get want we want on the house, then we go saturday to sign the papers to get things rollin. welp im out to watch the weather channel to see if i have to get up at 3 am. peace out. |

this weekend was a blast. my brother, mikey, joe, and nate came up to visit for the weekend. i had a great time. friday night we just chilled here since it was late. then saturday, we went up to cleveland to the rock and roll hall of fame. that was some cool stuff. they had all kinds of stuff in there. it was neat to see. after that we went to the hard rock cafe and at dinner. while we were in cleveland, they were having the gravity games. i guess its like the x-games, but you can bring your own skateboards and do all the ramps and half pipes. you could see the skaters and stuff doing their tricks from the rock and roll hall of fame. crazy stuff. when we got back, we walked over to the school next door and played a couple games of basketball. saturday night we hung out here and listen to some tunes and stuff. as for today, we went to lynns church this morning then got some lunch. after that, the gang headed for home. welp im out for now. i may be coming into town next weekend or the one after. still up in the air. peace out. |

well its true. my parents finally came up to visit and see where i now rest my head at night. i had a very nice time with them. we all went over to doug's house and sang karaoke. it was classic. of course i had to represent you know who!! SIMPLE MAN LYNYRD SKYNYRD! damn straight fools. cant get any better. it was to get to see them. as for some up coming events. some of the crew from home is coming up to visit as well. i cant wait. its going to be a blast. joe, kyle, mikey, nate, and possibly nick. good stuff. they are coming up next weekend. it will be nice to kick it with some of the fellas. i got a new cd player installed in my truck and put my system in as well. that sucker rocks out. maybe even with your cock out. lol. welp im out. peace out. |

this weekend should be nice. i have a long weekend. a day off work and my parents are comng up to visit! its about time. they havent seen where i live yet. now that the house is done and gone, they can come and visit. it should be a real good ol' family fun time. so now i have cleaned my freakin apartment, all my furniture is in order, everything is hung up on the walls, and things are put away. the next big thing in my line up.... the 12th-14th, i am also having visiters. i cant wait. my bro kyle is coming up with, the great mikey conrad, nate dogg lindsay, the peabody ryan wombold, and possibly a few others from the gang. it will a blow of a time. well i am out for now. time to get your drink on. well its official. i have a new truck and it rocks. sweet stuff. all i need is a cd player and rg up my system. then it will be complete for now. hell yeah. i went to a country concert. it was put on by a local radio station. it was free but the catch was that you didnt know who was performing until they walked on the stage. which was kinda cool. we arrived and found a seet in the grass and then they anounced the singer or group..... it was jimmy wayne. he his a newer singer and he was very good live. he sang about 6-7 songs. wasnt bad for free. in future news. next weekend, some of the crew is coming up to visit. i am sooo pumped. hope they all can come. whoever else wants to come up is more than welcome. i think tomorrow, lynn and i may go canoing down at mohican. we may take the 16 mile trip. hopefully my watercraft class from school will come in handy, learning the 12 different strokes in fundemetal canoing. lol. so great. well i am off to doug's (lynnette's good friend) signing for his new cd or something. his name is diz. he is a rapper. i suggest picking one up if you can or let me know and i can get you a copy. he already has two cds out. he is very good. well im off to party. peace out.

yep its true!!!!!!! i finally got a new truck. its a 1998 full size pickup, f150, big tires, METALIC BLUE!, 4x4, extended cab, and a 3 door. it is so sharp. if your wondering, i do still have the camaro and its still for sale for those interested. i went home tis past weekend to pick it up and to get the rest of my furniture. so i know have an complete apartment. so everyone is welcome to come up! so (joe, nate, nick, mikey) should make a road trip. lol. well i am off to eat my dinner. holla at me sometime. peace. |
